The professional experience of Gregory Bolan

November 17, 2016
After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Gregory Bolan used his education toward a flourishing career in the financial industry. He focused this career on the healthcare industry, specifically. His first roles included work as an associate with FNY GMG Capital in New York, senior associate of healthcare equity research with Jefferies & Company in Nashville and director of healthcare equity research for Wells Fargo Securities in Nashville.

He later moved to a position as managing director of healthcare equity research for Sterne Agee’s Nashville-based office. This job held a specific focus on pharmaceutical companies. Greg Bolan gained recognition as a No. 1 Stock Picker for Life Science Tools & Services by STARMINE in 2014 while in this role as well. However, he moved to his current role thereafter as senior research analyst covering healthcare IT and pharmaceutical services for Avondale Services.
Gregory Bolan is currently at Avondale Partners, LLC, a Nashville-based boutique investment banking and asset management firm, where he is a Senior Research Analyst covering Healthcare IT and Pharmaceutical Services. It’s no surprise at all, given that his decade-plus-long career has been focused primarily on the healthcare and targeted middle market sectors. Greg has been working for years to hone his research and investment skills because that is what makes the difference and informs every investment decision he makes.
